HR/Admin Assistant (BPO Call Center)
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing candidates for open positions
- Facilitate the hiring process by coordinating offer letters and welcome information.
- Onboard new customer service and collection team members including orientation.
- Monitor 30, 60, 80 day probation reviews and monthly benefits enrollment
- Payroll duties assigned
- Generate reports on HR metrics utilizing excel and other tools
- Provide administrative support including data entry, record-keeping and filing (electronic and physical)
- Enthusiastic, motivational, and fun-natured personality.
- Assists in other HR projects/functions as needed.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 6 months experience in Human Resources/Administration required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly excel.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work well under pressure
- Communicate effectively and concisely with all levels of personnel both verbally and in writing
- Detail oriented with the ability to work independently and within deadlines
- Effectively prioritize a variety of tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of industry regulations and labour laws
- Problem solving & decision-making skills
- Self-motivated team player with strong organizational skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
