This individual plays a key role in executing merchandising strategies, maintaining shelf standards, and maximizing product visibility to drive consumer demand and sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit assigned supermarket locations on a scheduled route to replenish and merchandise stock.

• Ensure shelves are fully stocked, correctly labeled and priced, clean and organized according to planograms and merchandising guidelines.

• Execute promotional setups, including in-store displays, point-of-sale materials and end caps in alignment with brand strategies.

• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with store staff and sales teams to manage restocking and prevent stockouts and product expirations.

• Conduct regular audits to verify and report on product pricing, shelf positioning, and competitive activity.

• Build and maintain strong working relationships with store personnel and management to support optimal product placement and promotional execution.

• Collect data and report on product movement, shelf space, competitor activity, and consumer trends.

• Assist with addressing product discrepancies, returns, or damages in coordination with the sales and logistics teams.

• Ensure compliance with in-store health and safety standards and company merchandising policies.
