Key Responsibilities:
1. Prepare Monthly Management Accounts and Reports
2. Reconcile bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
3. Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, journals, and financial statements.
4. Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
5. Comply with the various statutory bodies and ensures that all statutory payments are made on a timely basis
6. Liaise with auditors during external audits
7. Review and manage Debtors
8. Liaison between the Finance Department and Other Departments within the organization.
9. Receive and resolve queries received.
Qualifications:
1. ACCA qualified or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
2. Minimum 3 years relevant Accounting experience.
3. High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
4. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
