- Monitor stock and inventory, and perform quality assurance of merchandise on a regular basis
- Ensure new merchandise gets to the sales floor in a timely manner and shelves are not left empty
- Maintain outstanding store condition and a high standard of merchandising, placement, store signage and display
- Develop and implement business strategies to attract new customers, expand store traffic and increase sales and profitability
- Develop and arrange promotional material and in-store displays
- Provide training to improve the knowledge base of the staff and utilize cross-training methods to maintain productivity when employees are absent
- Handle staff conflicts, complaints, and problems

- Comply with safety, health and sanitation best practices and regulations
- Tour the sales floor regularly, talking to colleagues and customers to identify or resolve urgent issues
- Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths
- Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge and maintain awareness of new products and services
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing communications.
- Assist in the planning, coordination and execution of all marketing campaigns including preparation of promotional materials, travelling to trade shows, conferences and sales meetings
- Work closely with design agencies and assisting with new product launches.
- Work closely with stores and accounts departments.
- Create invoices for contractors employed to Isratech Energy
- Liaise with Farm Store owners regarding becoming resellers for JDI
- Schedule and host events for resellers/customers as required
- Visit farm stores island-wide in an effort to increase the number of resellers
- Maintain quality customer service with resellers
- Regularly update the list of resellers
- Generate and submit quarterly reports of sales activities from resellers
- Develop information and promote the products in your division by coordinating with the marketing department
