Chief Administration Officer
The incumbent should possess general management skills, including a sound knowledge of business, finance, human resource practices, and marketing, to effectively support the goals of the Foundation.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Human Resources or related field is required
- A Master’s degree is preferred
- At least 7 years of management experience at a senior level with experience in assuming overall responsibility for business operations driving significant results in a high-performance nonprofit, social enterprise or innovative business environment
Required Skills and Competencies
- Proficiency in the use of computers: Microsoft Office, financial management, and accounting software package
- Strong critical thinker and problem solver who can successfully build and lead an execution strategy from a long-term vision
- Excellence in organizational management with the ability to develop high-performing multi-disciplinary teams across the organization
- Experienced strategist, innovator, and executor who will contribute in the leadership, management, and growth of the organization; adept at synthesizing information, building stakeholder trust and making sound decisions
- Capable of promoting and maintaining a supportive work culture
- Sound knowledge of business, finance; and human resource practices
- Strong people management skills would be a positive asset
- Ability to manage time efficiently and multi-task effectively and exhibits strong leadership skills
- Effective communicator in both written and verbal form
- A keen interest in health promotion
