Job Title: Personal Assistant

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support our executive leadership team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, handling communications, coordinating meetings, and ensuring the smooth running of daily operations. This role requires a high level of discretion, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the executive’s schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Screen and respond to emails, phone calls, and other communications.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Organize internal and external meetings, including logistics, agendas, and follow-ups.
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the executive.
- Maintain and organize confidential files, records, and documents.
- Handle personal errands and tasks as required.
- Conduct research and compile information for meetings, reports, or special projects.
- Support with event planning and coordination when needed.

Qualifications and Experience
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role supporting senior-level executives
- High level of Computer literacy
- Prior experience in corporate or fast-paced office environments is an asset
