JOB SUMMARY
As a Customer Service Call Center Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction. Your goal is to create positive customer experiences and contribute to the overall success of our team.

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and timely manner.
• Provide accurate and helpful information to customers regarding products, services, and policies.
• Identify and resolve customer issues and complaints, escalating complex problems to appropriate personnel.
• Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately in the system.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
• Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer satisfaction, call handling, and issue resolution.
• Continuously strive to improve product knowledge, communication skills, and overall customer service techniques.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum
• Education: Minimum high school diploma
• Language: Strong oral communication skills
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated strong familiarity (and aptitude for learning); Critical Thinking ability, conversational & persuasive.
• Excellent data entry skills in accuracy
• Typing Speed of 25 words per minute
• Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality
Preferred
• Sales/Marketing experience is a plus (soft skills training is provided if necessary).
• Able to navigate different Internet tabs at the same time (ablility to multi-task).
• Demonstrated strong familiarity (and aptitude for learning) of Microsoft Windows and browner applications.
• Ability to deal with stress & work pressure in fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work in a team-fostered environment.
