A leading quick service restaurant group operating popular brands such as Burger King, Popeyes, and Little Caesars is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Purchasing Officer to join our Finance & Administration Division.
Key Responsibilities:
Process and manage purchase orders to ensure timely procurement of goods.
Monitor stock balances and re-order levels using AccPac and Excel.
Support supplier selection, due diligence, and service performance monitoring.
Close and update purchase orders in the system promptly.
Liaise with internal stakeholders and suppliers to maintain effective inventory control.
Support warehouse and supplier coordination through regular visits.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
At least 1 year of experience in a similar purchasing or procurement role.
Proficiency in AccPac accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and work well in cross-functional team environments.

Knowledge of purchasing procedures and accounting month-end processes.
Excellent judgment and problem-solving abilities.
Capable of functioning effectively under pressure and meeting deadlines.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently.
Additional Information:
Regular working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Occasional travel required to warehouse and local suppliers.
May be required to work beyond regular hours to meet critical deadlines.
