ORGANISATIONAL RELATIONSHIP
(i) Reports to: General Manager
(ii) Supervises: Restaurant Staff
JOB SUMMARY
As a Restaurant Manager, you must competently exercise the responsibilities of managing both the operations and customer service areas of the restaurant. It is expected of you to understand and maintain the company’s rules, policies, and procedures. You are also expected to maintain good staff morale and delegate responsibilities to staff in an efficient and professional manner.

- Must have an extremely positive attitude and good leadership qualities.
- Must have excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Must have effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must have excellent time management and planning skills.
- Must have experience in basic accounting and inventory control management.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Must have a degree, diploma, or certificate in Hospitality Management or equivalent qualification.
- Must have a secondary school education with five (5) or more secondary-level passes.
- Preferably have a minimum of five (5) years’ relevant experience in the food service industry.
