The Sygnus AILT Summer Internship Program is a dynamic, hands-on eight-week experience designed for ambitious final-year undergraduate students, recent graduates, and postgraduate students eager to launch their careers in Alternative Investments.
As a Sygnus Intern, you'll work alongside seasoned industry professionals, gaining real-world exposure to live deals, financial modeling, and investment strategy.
Through structured rotations across Investment Banking, Investment Management, Wealth Management, Real Estate & Project Finance, Private Equity, and Mergers & Acquisitions, you’ll gain unparalleled insight into the industry while contributing to high-impact projects.

Who Should Apply
Our ideal Sygnus AILT Intern is someone who:
- Is a final-year undergraduate student, recent graduate, or postgraduate student
- Has earned or is pursuing an FMVA certification or CFA designation (an asset)
- Demonstrates a strong interest in Alternative Investments and related fields
- Is passionate about Investment Banking, Investment Management, Private Equity, or M&A
- Exhibits strong quantitative and analytical skills in financial analysis, accounting, and theory
- Possesses a proactive mindset and thrives in fast-paced environments
- Has a proven record of academic excellence and meaningful extracurricular involvement
