PURPOSE OF JOB: | Provide support in all areas of the Safety Department. |
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: | Support to the Health and Safety Management System, through observation processes, continuous improvement and training. Identifying, evaluating and controlling risk factors for company personnel. Also supports ESG, Food Safety and general Safety programs |

MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION AND/OR FORMAL TRAINING, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, EXPERIENCE: | - Technical Degree/ Bachelor in Occupational Health and Safety or similar.
- Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations and consensus standards (OSHA, NIOSH, ANSI, NFPA), inspection procedures, incident prevention, incident investigation techniques, and safety and environmental education and teaching.
- 1-2 years of experience in similar positions.
- English fluent (reading and spoken).
- Effective oral and written communication skills to interact with associates at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to speak to large groups of associates (public speaking).
- High energy and demonstrates urgency and fast pace.
- Able to obtain agreement for multiple parties; earn trust while working out a deal; use good timing and carefully calculated strategies when interacting

OTHER TASKS: | - Support the implementation of Safety laws and regulations applicable in the country.
- Support the implementation of corporate safety programs.
- Assist in planning, developing, scheduling, and delivering education and teaching programs.
- Assist with providing support for ESG; Food Safety and all other Safety requirements
- Conduct safety inspections to identify, evaluate and control work risks and hazards.
- Support the accident investigation and report program.
- Active participation as member to the Safety Committee.
- Support implementation corporate food safety programs.
- Develop health campaigns and strategies to reduce accidents in the clubs.
- Support and implementation of Emergency Action Plan.
- Support the Integrated Audit Program.
