Job Title: Inventory Controller

Job Summary:
The Inventory Controller is responsible for managing and maintaining accurate stock levels across all departments. This role ensures proper inventory practices, reduces wastage, and supports operational efficiency while adhering to company policies and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels across departments to meet operational needs.
- Conduct regular stock counts, audits, and reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
- Track inventory usage and identify discrepancies, reporting findings to management.
- Collaborate with purchasing to replenish stock as needed.
- Implement inventory control procedures to minimize losses and wastage.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and rotation of inventory items.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions in the system.
- Prepare and submit inventory reports for management review.
- Support compliance with health, safety, and storage regulations.
- Assist in training staff on inventory best practices.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory management or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and procedures.
- Proficiency in inventory software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
