Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative with a proven track record in the automotive aftermarket, particularly in bearings, seals, and service parts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and driving sales growth across an assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, workshops, and OEMs within the automotive sector.
- Promote and sell a range of automotive bearings, seals, hub units, and service parts.
- Identify new sales opportunities and generate leads through market research, cold calling, and networking.
- Provide technical product knowledge and support to customers.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and reports to management.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with internal departments such as logistics, technical support, and marketing to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Attend trade shows, industry events, and training sessions to stay updated on industry developments.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- 3+ years of sales experience in the automotive aftermarket, preferably with bearings and related service parts.
- Strong understanding of automotive systems, particularly wheel-end and drivetrain components.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage a sales territory.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required.
