Key Responsibilities:
Administration
· Serve as the primary Salesforce admin: manage users, roles, profiles, permissions, and security settings
· Maintain and optimize reports, dashboards, workflows, validation rules, and automation (e.g., Flows)
· Oversee data quality through imports/exports, deduplication, and integrity checks
· Provide support and training to end users and troubleshoot platform issues
· Stay current on platform releases and implement relevant new features
Development
· Design and develop scalable custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL
· Build integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs
· Create and maintain custom objects, triggers, classes, and Lightning components
· Follow best practices for testing, deployment, and code versioning (e.g., Git, CI/CD tools)
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions
Preferred Qualifications/Experience:
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
· 3+ years of combined experience in Salesforce administration and development
· Salesforce Administrator (ADM-201) and Platform Developer I certifications
· Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform architecture, data model, and security
· Hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, Flows, and system integrations
· Familiarity with DevOps tools like Gearset or Copado is a plus
· Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
· Platform Developer II or other Salesforce certifications
· Experience with third-party apps from the AppExchange
· Background in Agile methodologies or project management
