You’ll be the friendly face and helpful hand that members count on. From welcome calls and onboarding sessions to organizing networking mixers and sector events, your work will help members feel like they truly belong.
What you’ll do:
- Create proactive engagement plans and follow-up communications.
- Coordinate onboarding programs and member meet-ups.
- Monitor member activity and identify opportunities for re-engagement.
- Support sector group meetings, member spotlights, and community events.

Role Summary: Focused on fostering strong connections with members through direct engagement, events, and personalized outreach. This role helps build a sense of community and maximizes member participation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct welcome calls, check-ins, and engagement reviews with members.
- Plan and execute member networking sessions and onboarding activities.
- Collaborate with sector groups and coordinate special interest meetings.
- Track member activity and identify disengaged members.
- Support member feedback collection and reporting.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, or related field.
- 2-4 years in customer/member relations, engagement, or community management.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Comfortable with outreach, event coordination, and using CRM tools.
KPIs:
- Member participation rates
- Number of member interactions/touchpoints
- Attendance at onboarding or networking events
- Engagement of dormant members
