We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to directly engage with homeowners, promote Windows Doors, bath room Enclosures, Insect screens and close sales. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and the ability to build rapport with potential customers. This role involves door-to-door sales, follow-ups, and achieving monthly sales targets.
Prospecting & Lead Generation:
Identify and approach homeowners through door-to-door canvassing, referrals, and local networking.
Utilize marketing leads and databases to target potential customers.
Sales Presentations:
Conduct in-person sales presentations to demonstrate product/service benefits.
Address objections and provide solutions tailored to homeowners' needs.
Relationship Building:
Establish trust and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Follow up with leads and existing customers to secure repeat business.
Closing Sales:
Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to finalize deals.
Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Market Intelligence:
Gather feedback from homeowners to improve offerings.
Monitor competitors and industry trends.
Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline.
Submit regular reports to management along with google Time line
Experience:
Proven track record in direct sales, door-to-door sales, or B2C sales (preferred).
Experience in [industry, e.g., home improvement, solar, insurance, etc.] is a plus.
Skills:
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Excellent face-to-face communication and active listening.
Self-motivated with high resilience to rejection.
Basic tech proficiency (CRM, mobile apps, email)
