Chief Financial Officer – Real Estate Development

Leading British Virgin Islands real estate development firm is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead its financial operations and strategy. This executive role is critical in driving financial performance, capital planning, and long-term value creation across a diverse portfolio of commercial developments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with company growth objectives.
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Manage capital structure, financing, and investor relations.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and optimize tax and risk management strategies.
• Support real estate project underwriting, feasibility analysis, and ROI assessments.
• Lead and mentor finance and accounting team.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 10 years of progressive financial leadership experience in real estate development or investment.
• Strong expertise in project financing, debt/equity structuring, and capital markets.
• Working familiarity with corporate structures used in finance.
• Demonstrated success in strategic planning and financial operations.
• CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred.
