· Engage in marketing activities aimed at new business development, identify long term savings, investment and other insurance needs and tailoring the appropriate products consistent with the needs identified. · Function as an insurance expert to develop awareness as well as integrate product offerings within the Branch network and the wider community. · Contribute to the growth of sales by identifying market developments and provide recommendations to address market needs as well as implement initiatives. · Make referrals to other areas of the Group and engage in proactive retention and conservation efforts while providing quality customer service. · Comply with the sales conduct established for the insurance industry and conform with company practices to maximize productivity and minimize risk. |
