Human Resource Manager - ASSL GUYANA
Main Functions/Responsibilities:
- Review and update of the Organizations’ policies and process; enforce Company policies and procedures
- Develop the HR portfolio of strategies, plans and initiatives designed to deliver the Corporate Strategic Objectives
- Develop budget for the HR Department
- Develop the Manpower Plan for recruiting, placement and internal movement of human resources
- Determine the Recruitment and Selection methods and approaches to be used for positions internally and/or externally
- Determine the Training and Development Programs/Portfolio designed to maintain professional and technical development and to promote employee career and personal development
- Develop, implement and oversee the Organization’s succession plan
- Oversee the planning, monitoring and appraising of employees through the design and development of a comprehensive key performance indicators (KPIs) and Performance Management System
- Lead organization development and change management initiatives across the organization
Qualifications and Experience Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Management or any related field
- A minimum of five (5) years’ experience in human resources management

- Effectively build and manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practice
