Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Operations Officer to join our team in leading development company. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our development projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery, and providing operational support to our project management team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Coordination: Assist project managers in coordinating development projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
2. Operational Support: Provide operational support to project managers, including reviewing and processing invoices, managing project documentation, and coordinating with contractors and suppliers.
3. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate operational risks, including ensuring compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
4. Budgeting and Cost Control: Assist in preparing and managing project budgets, including tracking expenses, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and ensuring budget adherence.
5. Quality Control: Monitor and ensure compliance with company quality standards, including conducting site inspections and reviewing project deliverables.
6. Stakeholder Management: Liaise with stakeholders, including project team members, contractors, suppliers, and regulatory authorities, to ensure smooth project delivery.
7. Reporting and Analytics: Prepare and submit operational reports, including project status updates, budget reports, and performance metrics.
8. Process Improvement: Continuously review and improve operational processes, including identifying areas for efficiency gains, implementing process enhancements, and training team members.

Requirements:
1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
2. Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in operations management, project coordination, or a related field in the real estate development industry.
3. Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills, with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
4. Knowledge: Familiarity with real estate development principles, project management software, and budgeting and cost control systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
2. Software Proficiency: Experience with project management software, such as Procore, Asana, or MS Project.
3. Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
