JOB OVERVIEW	:   

To prepare machinery for operation, operate, and maintain machinery, ensuring that the machine runs smoothly at the required speed/capacity
and produces high quality products; operate machine and equipment according to operating procedures. To ensure that products meet the required specifications and are produced
in sufficient quantities to meet production requirements.
		
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
		
1.	Set up machine.	
2.	Conduct safety checks before commencing operation.
3.	Start up machine and conduct test to ensure that settings and control are accurate.
4.	Make adjustments for efficient and smooth operation of machinery.
5.	Mix raw materials and feed into machine in correct batches.
6.	Follow quality control, reporting any issues to supervisor.
7.	Troubleshoot and perform basic routine maintenance checks, reporting any problems to maintenance personnel.
9.	Complete production reports/logs including rejects, wastage and downtime.
10.	Comply with all safety and health regulations.
11.	Clean machinery and upkeep work area in clean and tidy manner.
12.	Assist on production lines when additional manpower is required.
13.	Any other similar duties assigned from time to time.
