Job Title: Full-Time Graphic Designer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and creative Full-Time Graphic Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing visual concepts, creating engaging content, and producing high-quality graphics for various digital and print platforms. You will collaborate closely with marketing, communications, and other teams to ensure the consistency and effectiveness of our brand identity across all channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create compelling graphics and visual assets for websites, social media, print materials, presentations, and more.

• Develop and maintain the brand’s visual identity and ensure consistent use across all marketing materials.

• Collaborate with the marketing and communications teams to understand design requirements and deliver visually appealing and functional designs.

• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality.

• Prepare files for production and digital use, ensuring accuracy and quality standards.

• Stay current with design trends, tools, and techniques to ensure fresh and innovative ideas.

• Communicate with team members and stakeholders to present design concepts and receive feedback.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Proven experience (2+ years) in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative work across multiple mediums.

• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).

• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Ability to manage time effectively, handle multiple projects, and meet deadlines.

• Knowledge of web design and UI/UX principles is a plus.
