Our client in the (retail sector - Ice cream) is seeking an energetic individual to fill the Position of Area Manager in the retail.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for day-to-day operations of several retail stores in different areas of Trinidad
• Managing of staff and inventory.
• Ensure that all systems and routines are incorporated into the day-to-day operations.
• Expected to exercise good judgement in decision making and reporting issues to management.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested by management.
• Staff, train and develop associates in store and hourly employees through orientations, ongoing feedback, establishing performance expectations and conducting performance reviews.

Experience and Qualifications:

• A minimum of Five (5) O’ Level passes two (2) of which must include English and Mathematics. Tertiary education will be an asset.
• Minimum of 3 – 4 years’ experience in a similar position.
• Must be proficient in MS Office Suite.
• Must own and operate a vehicle.
• Supervisory experience required.
• Must be a team player.
• Previous retail experience will be an asset.
• Must have flexibility to work shift Monday to Sunday.

Salary Range:$7,500 Negotiable
