KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Conducts market research to develop sales leads, evaluate customer research, market conditions, and competitor data.
Establishes and maintain a sales pipeline for all potential and ongoing opportunities; Develop technical and commercial proposals and tenders.
Assists in building the product portfolio for Integrated Solutions products/services.
Develops forecasts for annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams.
Assists in developing and implementing a marketing plan for the department.
Provides technical assistance/advice to Integrated Solutions Team, with oversight on technical aspects of tenders and proposals.
Negotiates with foreign suppliers and local contractors on best prices for tendered jobs and ongoing projects.
Conducts research on equipment relating to quotation/tender specification.
Manages successful resolution of customer complaints/issues.
Bachelor’s Degree in related field.
At least five (5) years’ experience in a similar role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft GP Dynamics and PowerBi.
