PURPOSE OF JOB:
- Increase the sales of membership to meet or exceed assigned company goals according to geographical areas.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage and maintain membership sales events.
- Promote membership benefits and responsible for the sale of Diamond and Business cards.
- Supports the Marketing Manager in developing positive public relations within the community.

MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION AND/OR FORMAL TRAINING, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum two (2) years of university-based studies in Marketing, Business Administration or related area. Degree preferred.
- Minimum two (2) years of experience in a similar role, preferably in retail environment.
- Ability to communicate effectively and demonstrate teamwork.
- Excellent math skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Knowledge of Windows operating systems and AS400.
- Proficient in English and/or Spanish languages (verbal and written).
- Reliable transportation required

OTHER TASKS:
- Finalize paperwork from promo events such as:
- Contact financial institutions to verify check payments
- Input new member information into system
- Reconcile cash received and record information on Transaction Log
- Run manual credit cards electronically
- Submit paperwork to manager/supervisor to verify deposit to vault
- Receipts issued must state ‘paid’ and have required signatures.
- Manages company visits and booth set-ups.
- Prepares Visit Schedule, making appointments for sign-ups and renewals, and follows-up on potential members.
- Prepares weekly list of contacts.
- Supports the increase on sales and profit for the Club.
- Updates monthly Visit Report and provide results.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Certificate in sales training or a minimum of two (2) years in sales or account management or marketing role
- Must have working vehicle
- Excellent customer service and sales skills
- Ability to develop and execute sales strategies
- Proven ability to achieve targets
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
- Fast learner with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Possess good presentation skills
- Ability to conduct sales meetings
- Knowledge of modern marketing and sales techniques
