Position Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Aesthetician with extensive experience in skincare and facials to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about aesthetics, highly skilled in various facial techniques, and dedicated to delivering an exceptional guest experience. This role will also include mentoring junior aestheticians and helping to maintain high service standards throughout the spa.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a wide range of customized facial treatments including deep cleansing, anti-aging, acne, hydrating, and specialty facials
• Conduct comprehensive skin analyses and consultations to recommend personalized skincare regimens
• Educate clients on proper home skincare routines and product usage
• Maintain detailed client records and treatment notes
• Recommend and upsell retail skincare products to meet client needs
• Ensure treatment rooms are clean, well-stocked, and sanitized according to spa standards
• Mentor and support junior aestheticians, providing guidance and hands-on training when needed
• Stay updated with industry trends, new technologies, and continuing education in skincare and aesthetics
• Contribute to a positive team atmosphere and assist with general spa operations when needed

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in a spa or clinical skincare setting
• Extensive knowledge of skin types, conditions, and advanced facial techniques
• Familiarity with professional skincare lines and treatment protocols
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build lasting relationships with clients and encourage repeat visits
• Team player with a positive, professional attitude
• Experience in other spa treatments such as waxing, massages and light treatment will be an asset
• Experience with advanced treatments (e.g., chemical peels, microdermabrasion, LED therapy) is a plus
