No previous working experience required!

12 Month Contract with an opportunity for permanent employment

The ideal candidate will have a career interest in the field of Human Resources 

Role & Responsibilities

Manage simple projects, and support the delivery of defined activities including:-

• Recruitment
• On-boarding and off-boarding
• Records management
• Data analysis to support departmental reporting and decision making

• Highly confidential and able to handle sensitive situations with poise, tact and diplomacy
• Team oriented with excellent interpersonal, and communication skills
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Education and Experience

• Recently completed a First Degree in Human Resources or equivalent 
• Proven experience in successfully executing simple projects
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word & Power Point
• Administrative experience in an operational environment (such as holiday jobs) is an asset
