About the Role
Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, this leadership role will provide you with the opportunity to:
- manage a diverse team whilst ensuring quality food preparation, efficient thru-put and great customer service
- coordinate and control the daily operational processes, ensuring that all inputs are processed to meet projected demand while maintaining cost and quality standards on each shift
- oversee the cleaning and maintenance of equipment and facilities and that all health and safety regulations are adhered to
- coach talent into becoming the best version of themselves

Qualifications & Experience
- BSc. Degree in Food Service Management or equivalent from Tertiary Institution.
- Minimum 3 years’ practical restaurant management experience in a successful high volume Fast Food Operation.
- Management Skills - Production planning and control, quantity and quality food production, effective project management
