MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Onboard employer groups to the Family Plan
- Execute sales and marketing activities to drive Family Plan enrolments
- Contact Family Plan leads and convert them to enrolments
- Answer incoming Family Plan calls and conduct callbacks for all missed calls
- Respond to all Family Plan emails
- Handle customer queries or concerns, logging and escalating as necessary, to ensure speedy resolutions
- Keep accurate record of all caller and email interactions 8. Provide monthly status and performance reports
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Diploma/associate degree in any business-related discipline
- At least 2 years’ experience in a similar capacity
- Industry knowledge would be an asset. SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED
- Adept in the use of Microsoft Office Suite (with emphasis on Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
- FSC registration is required for relevant products and services offered by the company.
