General supervision of equipment, labour and sub-contractors engaged on the project.

Supervision of subordinate supervisory staff to ensure compliance with company policy and procedures.

 Seeing that programs, production rate, quality of work and budget parameters are maintained and adhered to.

Ensuring that daily and other records are kept.

Engaging (in consultation with the company’s management) labour.

Any other duties that may be assigned by the company.
