We are a food manufacturing company seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive growth, optimize operations, and lead our van sales team to success.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales across van teams, supermarkets, and down-trade customers.
Ensure efficient inventory management to reduce product returns while maintaining quality standards.
Achieve high service ratios and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Design targeted sales plans to expand market share and open new routes to market.
Coach and develop the van sales team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.
Assist with the creation of incentive schemes to motivate the team and drive sales performance.
Oversee trade dynamics, ensuring the company remains competitive and adaptive in a fast-paced industry.
Requirements
A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Demonstrated success in sales management, preferably in the food or FMCG industry.
Strong ability to coach, mentor, and inspire sales teams to achieve their targets.
Capability to assess sales performance metrics and craft actionable insights.
