As our Marketing and Promotions Coordinator, you will:
Take primary responsibility for coordinating all marketing and promotions activities.
Plan and organize product tastings, engaging customers with our diverse food offerings.
Schedule promotional events with supermarkets to maximize brand visibility.
Compile comprehensive promotions reports to assess effectiveness and inform future strategies.
Supervise contracted promoters to ensure adherence to company guidelines and consistent execution of activities.
Assist with the development and implementation of creative marketing strategies to drive customer engagement and sales.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and production, to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including supermarkets, distributors, and vendors.
An Associate degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in marketing, promotions, or a similar role, ideally within the food or FMCG industry.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and reporting techniques a definite advantage
Creativity and a results-oriented mindset, with a passion for promoting outstanding food products.
