We are looking for skilled and passionate Pastry Cook 2 and Pastry Cook 3 to join our team

Pastry Cook 3:

• Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working in a pastry kitchen (1-2 years preferred)

  • Knowledge of pastry production techniques and procedures

  • Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation practices

  • High school diploma or equivalent; culinary education a plus

  • Vaild Food Handlers

• Skills:

  • Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately

  • Attention to detail and creativity in pastry presentation

  • Time management skills to meet deadlines

  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

  • Strong communication skills

Pastry Cook 2:

• Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in a pastry kitchen (3+ years preferred)

  • Proven experience creating specialty desserts and complex pastries

  • Leadership experience or ability to supervise junior staff

  • Culinary diploma or degree from a recognized institution is preferred

  • Strong knowledge of ingredient handling, storage, and food safety

  • Vaild Food Handlers

• Skills:

• Advanced pastry techniques, including decoration and plating

• Ability to develop and implement new recipes and menus

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks at once

• Ability to train and mentor junior staff

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
