We're seeking a qualified Accountant to support their Financial Controller and contribute to the company's financial excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and reconcile bank accounts and sub-ledgers.
• Prepare accurate and timely management reports, including Directors’ reports and financial analysis.
• Ensure compliance with statutory payment deadlines and internal controls.
• Oversee cash flow activities, including supplier payments and foreign currency management.
• Support year-end audits by coordinating with external auditors.
• Organize and optimize departmental workflows while supervising staff activities.
• Maintain fixed asset records and ensure accurate depreciation calculations.
• Collaborate with other departments to address queries and improve operational efficiency.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Management, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• ACCA qualification or equivalent.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Flexibility and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
