Roles and Responsibilities:

• Create engaging and relevant content for various channels including websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns and marketing materials.
• Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure timely delivery of content.
• Collaborate with marketing team to develop content strategies that align with the company’s goals and target audience.
• Produce and edit multimedia content including videos, podcasts, info graphics and images in collaboration with the Media Specialist.
• Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in style, quality and tone of voice.
• Implement SEO best practices to optimize content for search engine.
• Monitor and analyze content performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies as needed.
• Manage social media accounts by creating scheduling, publishing content and engage with followers in a timely manner.
• Work with internal teams and coordinate with external partners.
• Ensure all content adheres to copyright laws and company policies

Qualifications, Experience& Skills:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Journalism or a related field OR
• Proven experience as a Content Creator, Copywriter or similar role.
• Strong portfolio of published content.
• Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills.
• Proficiency in content management system (CMS), social media platforms and SEO best practices.
• Basic graphic design and video editing skills
• Familiarity with web analytics tools ( example, Google Analytics)
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environment.
