Prior call center/phone experience is required, and any previous debt collections, customer service, sales and/or negotiating skills is a plus. The available shift is Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm.

- Outbound dialing for Right Party Contact
- Resolving past-due balances with consumers.
- Providing quality customer service
- Educating clients on the resolution process and re-payment options
- Follow all company policies/procedures and maintains compliance with all regulations.
