Main Responsibilities:

1. Entering customer receipt information from all payment source files within 24 hours
2. Compiling, verifying accuracy and sorting payment information to prepare source file for system application.
3. Examining payment source files for deficiencies or errors, resolving any inconsistencies, and double-checking output files to ensure accuracy of information posted to the system.
4.  Complete a detailed reconciliation of daily posting to the Loan Management System within time limits.
5. Ensuring the relevant logs are updated after recon.
6. Responding to queries across branch network for information by accessing relevant files and liaising with members of the Accounts team to resolve queries.
7. Action all Early Closure request across branch network
8. Action Penalty Reversals and Waiver Request
9. Monitoring Department Email for Listings and contact external payroll departments for support list for deposits to bank account to reduce daily Not-Posted list.
10. Abide by data integrity and security policies outlined by the Company.
11.  Any other duties assigned.
