As Senior Marketing Manager, you will be a pivotal member of our Commercial team, responsible for leading the marketing team in the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies to elevate brand awareness, customer acquisitions, and sales growth across or markets for Courts and its allied brands. This role demands a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of brand, retail, and digital marketing. The ideal candidate will be a data-driven leader with a proven track record of success in a fast-paced retail environment.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead the Marketing team in the development and execution of Omni channel marketing campaigns, to achieve business goals in collaboration with internal teams, external agencies and vendors.
- Analyze market trends and competitive activity to enhance our understanding of relevant market segments, customer journeys, consumer perceptions and behaviors and identify, market opportunities to inform our go-to-market approach.
- Leverage real-time sales performance data to identify and implement sound tactical and longer-term strategies to drive store traffic and sales conversions in-store and online.
- Develop, plan and deploy effective advertising and promotion campaigns to support the brand affinity. Market share and net sales objectives stipulated for all merchandise, credit and value added products and services offered by courts and its allied brands.
- Analyze market share, traffic sales data to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
- Manage key market deliverables, including but not limited to media buying, creative production, promotional event executions and corporate social responsibility initiatives, within budge and stipulated retail and corporate brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with Sale Operations and Customer Experience teams to ensure consistent customer experience and manager visual merchandising and point-of-sale materials.
- Develop and implement Customer Relationship Management (CRM) strategies to enhance customer loyalty and retention through personalized customer communications including the creation of direct marketing strategies or specific target audiences.
- Ensure accuracy of all promotional messages before publication, as well as effective brand visibility and consistent messaging across all marketing channels in compliance with brand guidelines and standards to build and maintain strong brand equity and reputation.
- Manage the advertising and promotion (A&P) budget, ensuring const-effective investment.
- Inspire and lead direct reports, agencies contractors and vendors in day-to-day management of work, and provide ongoing mentorship and professional development to the marketing team.

Education and Experience Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration or a related discipline (Master’s preferred)
- 10+ years of marketing experience, with a focus on retail; experience in furniture, appliances, or electronics retail is a significant advantage.
- Experience in international operations is highly valued.
