Collection Representatives Needed!
We are seeking dedicated collection agents to assist with the recovery of outstanding payments from our consumers. In this role, your duties will include communicating with consumers via telephone & email, negotiating payment plans, and enacting payment plans to help resolve outstanding balances.
Key Responsibilities
- Determining consumers’ ability and willingness to pay and identifying the appropriate repayment program/options available to them.
- Create payment schedules based on consumers’ financial situations.
- Maintains records of all delinquent accounts by accurately documenting all information pertaining to accounts.
- Deliver first class service to our customers by actively listening, building rapport, and providing empathy to ensure positive customer results.
- Maintain adequate attendance and adhere to company policies.

Skills and Requirements:
- One year or more of Collection and/or Customer Service experience preferred.
- At least four (4) CXC/GCE subjects, including English Language and Mathematics
- ‘Can Do Attitude’
- Must have excellent communication skills.
- Active listening skills to understand the needs of consumers to find a way to resolve unpaid debt
- Proficient at working on a PC.
- Willing to accept coaching and developmental feedback.
- Position is contingent upon passing a criminal background check and drug test.
- Must be able to work flexible schedule - The more flexible the beter!
