Lab Medica Group seeks a Digital Marketer to drive sales, brand awareness, and engagement through social media, websites, WhatsApp, and telemarketing. The role requires strategy, content creation, and performance marketing expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Sales & Lead Generation:
• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition and sales.
• Optimize social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) to attract and
engage potential clients.
• Utilize WhatsApp Business & telemarketing to convert leads into paying customers.
• Implement SEO to increase website traffic and conversions.
• Monitor and analyse customer data and digital trends to optimize marketing efforts.
Social Media & Content Marketing:
• Develop a content calendar and manage daily social media postings.
• Create engaging graphics, videos, and promotional materials to boost brand visibility.
• Implement targeted social media ad campaigns to increase lead generation.
• Respond to customer inquiries and comments in a professional and timely manner.
Website & Digital Presence Optimization:
• Maintain and update the company website to ensure content is current and SEO-friendly.
• Implement email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and maintain customer relationships.
Telemarketing & WhatsApp Sales Strategy:
• Utilize WhatsApp Business to engage with potential customers and drive conversions.
• Execute a telemarketing strategy and follow-up process to enhance customer engagement.
• Work closely with the BDU Manager to align digital efforts with overall business goals.
Analytics & Performance Tracking:
• Track campaign performance, website traffic, social media engagement, and lead conversion
rates.
• Provide monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations for improvements.
• Use Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other tools to measure marketing effectiveness.
