SUMMARY

 The Quality Analyst is responsible for developing, supporting and executing raw material, packaging and ensure that the end product meets the minimum quality standards.

 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute test plans to ensure that all quality objectives are met.
• Ensure the consistent adherence to quality standards and product quality through microbiological analysis of raw materials, packaging materials and finished products.
• Compare test results with specifications for each sample taken
• Assist in the planning and monitoring of quality assurance processes
• Conduct and monitor the quality assurance and in accordance with GMP an.
• Maintain complete accurate test records and corrective actions in a systematic manner for easy reference.
• Conduct quality training to staff
• Identify and remedy defects within the production process.
• Recommend, implement and monitor preventative and corrective actions to ensure that quality assurance standards are achieved.
• Draft quality assurance policies and procedures.
• Investigate customer complaints and product issues.
• Ensure ongoing compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements.
