Human Resources Manager
Salary offering: $20k - 25k (maybe slightly flexbile)
The role involves developing and implementing a Human Resources Strategic Plan aligned with the company’s objectives, promoting innovation, agility, and high performance. The HR Manager leads a team to manage HR programs and support the company's overall goals through various people-focused initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Change Management: Lead change initiatives and collaborate with leadership to drive corporate communications and business transformation.
- HR Program Delivery: Lead the HR team to meet HR program objectives, including recruitment, performance management, training, and talent development.
- Recruitment & Selection: Partner with leaders to define resource priorities and oversee the recruitment process.
- Performance Management: Administer performance management systems, provide training, and guide leaders and employees on performance and career development.
- Training & Development: Design and deliver training programs to build talent and support organizational growth.
- Talent Review & Succession Planning: Facilitate talent reviews, recommend development initiatives, and ensure a robust talent pipeline.
- Compensation & Benefits: Design and manage compensation programs, leveraging market insights to attract and retain top talent.
- HR Policies & Employee Relations: Oversee HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws and fostering positive employee relations.
- Compliance & Disciplinary Management: Manage the disciplinary process, support compliance with health, safety, and ethical standards, and mitigate business risks.
- HR Information Systems: Maintain accurate employee records, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.

Education & Experience:
- Postgraduate degree in HR, Business Management, or a related field with at least 10 years of leadership experience.

- Certification in Industrial Relations and Change Management preferred.
- Proficiency in HRMS and project management.
Skills & Abilities:
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR technology programs.
