PIZZA CHEF
Reporting to the Executive Chef, possess superior knowledge in developing techniques for making pizzas, with a creative spirit and a bubbly and personable attitude. The successful applicant must be adept at entertaining customers while making pizzas, delivering excellent customer service and maintaining a clean work environment.

- Pay great attention to detail and ensure the standard operation of the kitchen and efficient production of food.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen and ensure personal hygiene standards followed.
- Adhere to TCI National Health Ordinance, ensuring kitchen safety protocols and procedures are followed always.
- Must be able to produce large volumes of food in a short amount of time.
- Will be responsible for training all kitchen employees on preparing pizza according to recipe.
- Developed proficiency with forecasting, cost controls and scheduling through related experience.
- The ability to stand and/or walk for long periods of time, lift-up to 40lbs and push/pull up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications and Experience
- Associate degree or equivalent in culinary arts
- 5 years pizza preparation experience
- Proof of safety and sanitation and food handler’s certifications
Salary range for this position will commensurate with the qualifications and experience of the successful applicant.
