GCG Group Jamaica is a member of the GCG Group which operates in 21 countries across the US, Caribbean, Central and South America. We are seeking to recruit a highly motivated individual to join the team in the capacity of Commercial Officer for our Jamaica operations.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design and implement plans to drive business growth, increase market share, and achieve revenue targets.

• Conduct in-depth market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights.

• Collaborate with the HDQ marketing team on campaigns and promotions.

• Analyze sales data, forecast trends and identify new business opportunities.

• Assist in contract negotiations and respond to RFPs for new/existing clients.

• Collaborate with Culinary Operations in the development of each contract.

ACADEMIC & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
• 3+ years of experience in a commercial or sales role within the catering industry or a similar industry
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
