A reputable company within the financial industry is seeking to fill the position of Mortgage Officer, Collections on contract for a one (1) year period.

• Ability to review delinquent accounts and initiate appropriate action to ensure collection or recovery within the shortest possible time frame and at minimum cost.
• Knowledge of the Company’s business, products and the competitive framework of the industry.
• Resourceful, dynamic and results oriented; strong problem solving and negotiating skills
• Readily adjust to multiple demands and rapid change.
• Ability to work independently or as a member of a team to promote and achieve organisational goals.
• Ability to actively build relationships with colleagues, managers, customers and external agencies.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum of five [5] CXC/ O’Level passes including English A and Mathematics (General Proficiency, Grade II minimum).
• Two [2] CAPE/A’ Levels and/or Certificate or Diploma in Business Management or related discipline desirable or related combination of qualifications and experience.

• Certificate in Credit Management/Debt Collection Techniques.
• Three [3] years in a similar or related position.
• Above average knowledge of Microsoft Office Business Applications.
• Good punctuality and attendance records.
