Sales Associate

A Sales Associate is responsible for maintaining outstanding customer service as per Company standards, generating sales, merchandising and safeguarding company assets. The selected candidate is expected to perform the following responsibilities with the highest standard:

• Ensure that each customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment, which includes greeting and acknowledging every customer, maintaining solid product knowledge and all other aspects of customer service.
• Maintain an awareness of all promotions and advertisements
• Assists in floor movement, stock change, merchandising, display maintenance and general housekeeping duties.
• Aids customers in locating merchandise. Communicate customer’s requests to management
• Participate with in-store inventory and regular counts
• Assist other cashiers with bagging, properly using bottle wrappers and prepare sold merchandise for delivery to customers.
• Operating cash register, accepting cash, foreign currency and debit/credit cards as forms of payments, input flight information onto cash receipts, issue change due to customers. Ensuring accuracy at all times.

Experience and Qualification

• High School Graduate
• At least 4 CXC passes including Maths and English
• Customer service experience is an asset.
