We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Water Treatment Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining water treatment equipment to ensure the highest quality of water is delivered. This role involves conducting routine water quality testing, performing preventive maintenance, and collaborating with other departments to support overall production and quality goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate, monitor, and maintain water treatment equipment.
• Conduct routine water quality testing and analysis to ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards.
• Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot water treatment systems to minimize downtime.
• Record and maintain accurate logs of water treatment processes, test results, and equipment performance.
• Monitor chemical usage and adjust dosages as needed to optimize water treatment.
• Identify and address potential water quality issues, implementing corrective actions promptly.
• Collaborate with other departments to support overall production and quality goals.
• Participate in audits and inspections related to water treatment systems and processes.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Technical Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and software for monitoring and reporting.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays, as needed.
