We’re looking for a Marketing & Lead Generation Assistant to drive business growth through a combination of digital marketing, direct outreach, and strategic lead generation. This role requires a proactive, results-driven professional who can create marketing campaigns, connect with potential clients, and provide light administrative support when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing & Lead Generation:

• Develop and execute lead generation strategies using direct and digital marketing.
• Manage social media, email marketing, SEO, and online ad campaigns (Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Identify and reach out to potential clients via cold calling, email outreach, and networking.
• Optimize SEO, website content, and landing pages to improve conversion rates.
• Track and analyze marketing performance, making data-driven adjustments.
• Maintain and update CRM with lead details, follow-ups, and marketing insights.
• Administrative Support (as needed).

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience in marketing, lead generation, or sales-driven campaigns.
• Strong skills in social media marketing, SEO, email campaigns, and PPC advertising.
• Comfortable with direct outreach, cold calling, and building client relationships.
• Proficient in marketing tools like CRM software, email automation, and analytics platforms.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle light administrative tasks efficiently.
• A self-starter who thrives on driving results and finding creative ways to generate leads.
