Job Overview:
Industrial Engineering Solutions Limited provides Material Handling and Storage Solutions to clients in the Caribbean. Our aim is to provide solutions that add value to our customer’s operations.
We are seeking skilled and motivated individuals to join our growing team. Responsibilities will rotate between (1) based in-house, and (2) on-site client visits across Trinidad, Guyana, Jamaica and Barbados.
These roles are crucial to expanding our market presence in the region. Training will be provided; however, candidates must possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct measurements and technical assessments for engineering solutions.
- Maintain attention to detail to ensure precision in all tasks.
- Provide on-site services to clients in Trinidad, Guyana, Jamaica and Barbados as required
- Understand and identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Assist clients in understanding recommended solutions.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and team members.
- Accurately read and interpret technical documents, schematics, and instructions.
- Stay up to date with company and industry training and information to improve technical knowledge.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Requirements:
- Experience in the material handling and storage industry.
- Technical certifications- Preferably Engineering degree or Engineering Technician Certificate
- Some experience or interest in customer relations.
- Discipline to work remotely while meeting required targets and maintaining the required level of professionalism
- Must be comfortable working in-house or traveling for site visits.
- A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
- Valid passport and willingness to travel
