We are looking for an experienced Plant Engineer with at least 5 years' experience in manufacturing processes and maintenance. The ideal candidate will lead the maintenance team in identifying key areas for improvement, analyzing data, and implementing corrective actions to enhance plant performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and guide the maintenance team to optimize plant operations.
• Use data analysis to identify and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor and report on equipment performance using maintenance KPIs (Machine Availability, MTBF, MTTR).
• Ensure maintenance activities are conducted within budget, on time, and at the required quality (OTIF).

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering (any discipline).
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and strategic thinking skills.
